SALMON WITH CREAMY LEMONY ASIAGO SAUCE
Ingredients
4 - 6 salmon fillets
1 cup cream
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
½ pkg. Asiago Dip & Cheeseball Mix
1 Tbsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
¼ cup white wine or chicken stock
Instructions
Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook fillets in a large skillet over medium heat, approximately 3-4 minutes per side, until pink and flaky. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add cream, lemon juice, Lemony Dill Seasoning, wine and dip mix. Simmer for 5 -7 minutes. Serve sauce with salmon and fresh garden vegetables. Add chopped parsley if so desired.
